Rubber

Technically Specified Rubber

Also known as block rubber, it can be produced from both field latex, Cup Lump or a blend of both. Block Rubber is graded accordingly to precise technical parameters such as the content of Dirt, Ash, Nitrogen, and Volatile matter, and its properties such as Wallace Plasticity (PO) and Plasticity Retention Index (PRI).

Ribbed Smoked Sheets

Commonly known as RSS. It is made from air-dried or smoked coagulated latex sheets. The grades differ according to elasticity, color, and purity per the basis of per International Standard of (Green Book).

Natural Rubber Latex

Derived from field latex, it contains 60% of Dry Rubber Content (DRC). Latex is graded through the amount of ammonia it contains for preservation.

Nitrile Butadiene Rubber

Nitrile butadiene rubber latex is a type of synthetic latex in liquid form with a milky color. It’s part of the unsaturated acrylonitrile and butadiene copolymers family.

NBR latex has excellent tensile strength and good resistance to various oils including mineral & vegetable oils, benzene/petrol, ordinary diluted acids, and alkaline.

Palm

RBD Palm Olein

Refined Bleached & Deodorized Palm Oil suitable for industrialized cooking.

RBD Palm Kernel Oil

Oil derived from Palm Kernel. It has much less odor and is usually used for household cooking use, along with industrialized pastry baking.

Cocoa Butter Substitute

Derived from palm oil, it has a higher melting point than its alternatives, hence its popular use in making hard edible shells for pastries and ice-cream.

Crude Palm Oil

Used in food products, detergents, cosmetics and, to a small extent, biofuel.
